Shipping Policy
Krafti partners with major national and international shipping companies such as DTDC, Blue Dart, India Post (EMS), and Delhivery to ensure timely delivery of your orders. Our partnerships with these trusted couriers allow us to offer flat-rate shipping across India and worldwide, delivering your purchases directly to your door.
Shipping Process
We require between 1-5 business days on average to process your order and prepare it for dispatch to our carrier's sort facility. However, some items may take longer, especially around major holidays (up to 10 days), or if your order includes popular items with stock availability issues.
Once your order has started processing through our shipping department, we are unable to make any changes (including address changes). We will only ship to the address provided at checkout.
Please note that we only ship during business days and do not dispatch orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email.
For orders with multiple items, products may be shipped separately and received on different dates due to differences in the locations of our manufacturing partners.
Tracking
All orders are processed with tracking numbers. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order is dispatched to the carrier's sort facility.
For certain shipping companies, it may take a few days for tracking information to be updated in the system. If you placed an order more than 5 business days ago and there is no tracking information, please contact us.
Delivery Time
Shipping time varies depending on the location. Specific delivery dates are not guaranteed, but here are our estimated delivery times:

While we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible, Krafti cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control, such as postal or customs clearance delays, holidays, severe weather, labor disputes, protests, etc. These factors may cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates.
Duties, Taxes, and Other Fees
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and/or customs clearance fees, which are levied once the shipment reaches the recipient's country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient, and Krafti has no control over them. We cannot predict the charges, so if a shipment is refused and returned, you will be responsible for any import taxes and return shipping costs incurred.
Customs policies vary by country, so we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Krafti is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please report the issue and/or file a claim with the respective shipping carrier.
Please note that we utilize the timestamp information from the tracking link and the delivery confirmation from the carrier when reviewing damage or return requests. We may not be able to honor your claim if it is not reported in a timely manner.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct. Once your order has been processed, we begin working on it immediately, and we are unable to make any changes to the order after it has been placed. If the order has already been processed and shipped, we cannot retrieve it to make address changes.
